Artists Statement
Painting is more than a just a passion for me… it is my oxygen. It is as much a part of me as is my hand, my eyes or any other part of my physical body. It is part of my DNA. Life is full of colors and my paintings reflect my passion for life, the human spirit and the good that exists within each and every one of us.

Inspired by the social constraints surrounding me as a young child in Tel Aviv, I began painting at the age of ten. I studied art, history, and creation in Tel Aviv before moving to New York where I lived for four years. After moving to Los Angeles, I studied privately for four years under a professor, at the Bezalel Academy of Art. During this time I was inspired by colors, shape, contrast, and imagery to better express my inner soul and spirituality, and flowered into the artist I have become. Although I learned much at the academy I personally feel that my talent as an artist was god given and has been and remains in every pore and cell of my body since birth.

After developing my talent in Los Angeles where my work was featured in several gallery shows and purchased by art savvy Hollywood elites, I relocated to Miami. I have always been an artist with all of my heart and soul.

As an established artist whose been painting for more than 20 years and has sold more than 900 original pieces, my work is mixed media, pop-art, emotions, abstract, photography and facets of a unique personality. My paintings allow you to experience multiple emotions all at once, and leaves you wanting to see more. I use a combination of oils, inks and acrylic on canvas with overlapping collage. They are colorful and vibrant with a large level of detail. My passion and soulful artistic expression actualizes my innermost spiritual thoughts and beliefs and that comes out and is reflected in every single painting of mine. Some of my paintings have circles, which I use to reflect the energy of the body. The pia ratio, 1.1618 (the number of God), has repeated appearance throughout nature.

Over the years I have given back to the community by donating my paintings to a variety of charitable causes. I have donated my artwork to charities that help benefit Israeli soldiers, the Sabrina Foundation for disabled people, the Agape Center family resource program for community action and to help benefit Project Sunshine – Miami to name just a few. I have also donated my time and energy in teaching young children how to paint and helping to bring out their inner creativity. I am always trying to give back to the universe every opportunity.
